HOW IT WORKS
The Supreme Gearbox seal offers extra protection to the gearboxes in dredging vessels. This seal can be applied to gearboxes that operate under harsh conditions.
Different custom seal designs are engineered for gearboxes and bearing blocks operating under varying conditions. Supreme seals can be applied to propulsion gearboxes as well as submerged cutter shaft gearboxes for cutter dredgers, operating under harsh conditions. The gearbox seals are engineered as a fully split design and can have a floating set-up to ensure extreme shaft movements are followed smoothly. The Supreme Gearbox seal is available for intermediate shaft diameters 116 mm up to 1150 mm.
