The Supreme TS4 is a targeted design for azimuth and azipull thrusters that have to deal with heavy-duty operations. It provides extra safety for your thruster against water ingress and is custom-made for every application.

HOW IT WORKS

The Supreme TS4 protects your thruster against water ingress and oil leakage to the outside environment. The chamber between the two oil-repellent lip seals is filled with oil and the resulting pressure effectively keeps water outside and oil inside the thruster gearbox. The Supreme TS4 is equipped with an additional water-repellent lip seal and is suitable for heavy-duty operation. It may be applied to spray-lubricated and fully oil-filled lower gearboxes and is available for shaft diameters from 140 to 950 millimetres.

MATERIALS

The Supreme TS4 consists of high-quality bronze housing parts and a stainless steel liner. The seal has two water-repellent and two oil-repellent rubber (NBR) lip seals.
